Pasta With Cod

Instructions
- Saute onion and garlic in cooking oil until fragrant.
- Add canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, cubed celery, salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add diced cod and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Layer half of the cooked spiral noodles in a baking dish.
- Top with half of the tomato and cod sauce. Repeat layers with remaining noodles and sauce.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and return to oven for a few minutes until melted and bubbly.
