Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • water
  • 0.5 cup onion
  • 0.5 cup celery
  • 0.25 cup green olives
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • at least 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cover eggs in a large pan with water.
  2. Bring slowly to a boil; simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and run cold water on them for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove shells immediately.
  5. While eggs are cooking, chop the onion, celery, and green olives very finely.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Cut eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
  8. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
  9. Add horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chopped onion, celery, and olives to the yolks.
  10. Combine all ingredients well with a fork until smooth and mixed.
  11. Adjust mayonnaise if needed for desired consistency.
  12. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a pastry bag or spoon.
  13. Arrange filled egg halves on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with paprika.
  14. Enjoy!
