- Cover eggs in a large pan with water.
- Bring slowly to a boil; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and run cold water on them for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove shells immediately.
- While eggs are cooking, chop the onion, celery, and green olives very finely.
- Set aside.
- Cut eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Add horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chopped onion, celery, and olives to the yolks.
- Combine all ingredients well with a fork until smooth and mixed.
- Adjust mayonnaise if needed for desired consistency.
- Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a pastry bag or spoon.
- Arrange filled egg halves on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with paprika.
