Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter, divided
  • 4 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each), at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Coat a 9-inch spring-form pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 3/4 cup of peanut butter.
  4. Press the mixture onto the bottom and three-quarters up the sides of the prepared pan; freeze for 15 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add sour cream, remaining peanut butter, honey, sugar, and ground cinnamon; mix well.
  7. Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  8. Stir in all-purpose flour until just combined.
  9. Pour the filling into the crust-lined pan.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  11. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
