Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixer bowl, beat butter and peanut butter for 30 seconds.
  2. Add sugars and beat until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add to the mixture and beat until blended.
  6. Stir in the oats.
  7. Spread into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
