- Take one fillo sheet and spread it out on a floured surface.

- Place half of the pear mixture on one end of the sheet, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Start rolling from the filled end toward the other, ending with the seam down.
- Repeat with the remaining fillo sheet and the remaining pear mixture.
