Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. gelatin
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped pimento
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. salad dressing
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 c. nuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water; heat over hot water to liquid consistency.
  2. Add gelatin to all other ingredients combined. Congeal.
