Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 9 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lb. sliced pepperoni
  • 28 oz. jar pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti for 9 minutes; drain.
  2. Add milk and beaten eggs to the spaghetti; mix well.
  3. Put the mixture into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Brown ground beef until crumbly; drain and place on top of spaghetti.
  5. Pour pizza sauce over the ground beef.
  6. Layer sliced onions, diced green peppers, sliced mushrooms, and sliced pepperoni on top.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
