Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • dried bread crumbs
  • oil
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs.
  2. Roll chicken breasts in dried bread crumbs.
  3. Brown chicken in oil; drain excess oil.
  4. Place chicken in a 13 x 9-inch sprayed baking pan.
  5. Pour spaghetti sauce over the chicken.
  6. Top with mushrooms and shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Bake at 350°F until done, about 1 hour.
