Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • vanilla wafers
  • bananas

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and flour together in a saucepan.
  2. Add slightly beaten eggs to the mixture.
  3. Pour in milk and add butter.
  4. Heat the mixture until thick, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  6. Let the mixture cool.
  7. Layer vanilla wafers and sliced bananas in a serving dish.
  8. Pour the cooled pudding over the layered bananas and wafers.
