Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 cup cold butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, confectioners sugar, and cocoa in a bowl.
  2. Cut in cold butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Reserve 2 cups of the crumbly mixture for topping.
  4. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 3 minutes.
