Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 (16 oz.) package French fries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
  4. Add chopped celery and onions to the beef and cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in undiluted condensed tomato soup, ketchup, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  6. Pour the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Top with the package of French fries.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until fries are golden and crispy.
