Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  2. Combine the cooked vegetables with mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
