Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed and shredded
  • 4 oz. grated mellow Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix together the thawed and shredded hash brown potatoes, grated Cheddar cheese, undiluted cream of potato soup, sour cream, onion flakes, garlic salt, parsley, pepper, and melted margarine in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
