Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. beef hot dogs
  • 1 pkg. fresh baby carrots
  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1 can whole potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a 5-quart stockpot, cook cabbage in boiling water until tender.
  2. Add carrots, potatoes, and onion to the pot.
  3. Cook until all vegetables are tender.
  4. Add hot dogs and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook until hot dogs are heated through and done.
  6. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
  7. Serve hot with cornbread.
