Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. very finely chopped onion

  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. seasoned vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except fat, in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs in hot fat, turning frequently to brown evenly.
  4. Reduce heat and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
