Ingredients

  • 1 quart red beans, cooked (drain liquid)
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1/2 pound grated Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a double boiler.
  2. Heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.
