Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup sesame milk
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley or 1/4 cup fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Put sesame seed, sesame milk, chopped onion, and parsley in a blender.
  2. Blend slightly until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix with remaining ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Place the mixture in a shallow casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
