Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 pkg. Durkee Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Shape into patties and brown in a skillet or grill until cooked through.
  3. Simmer the browned patties in tomato soup for approximately 1 hour to meld flavors.
