Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. pound cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large mixer bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine, and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
