Instructions
- Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, ground cinnamon, salt, ground allspice, baking powder, and ground cloves.
- Add chopped walnuts and golden raisins to the dry ingredients and stir to coat.
- In a separate bowl, beat together vegetable oil, milk, and eggs.
- Add cooked, mashed pumpkin to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just moistened.
- Pour the batter into 30 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
