Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • garlic to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large bunch broccoli

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and hot sausage with bell pepper, onions, and celery until tender.
  2. Drain the meat mixture.
  3. Cook the broccoli until tender and drain.
  4. Mix the meat mixture, cooked broccoli, shredded cheese, and beaten eggs together.
  5. Pour the mixture into 2 pie shells.
  6. Bake until the crusts are done and filling is set.
