Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 2 cans vegetable beef soup
  • 0.5 lb macaroni
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 can water
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and minced onion in a large pot.
  2. Drain off excess fat from the beef.
  3. Stir in vegetable beef soup, macaroni, water, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  5. Stir frequently to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
  6. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
