Ingredients

  • 4 medium green peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup Minute rice
  • 1/4 cup dried onions
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 cans tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Clean out the peppers, wash them, and set aside.
  2. Mix ground beef, rice, dried onions, salt, pepper, and half a can of tomato soup in a bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into balls and stuff into the prepared peppers.
  4. Pour the remaining tomato soup combined with added water over the stuffed peppers.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
