Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 can Niblets corn
  • 1 1/2 cups celery
  • 2 large peppers
  • 1 can ripe olives
  • 4 medium onions
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 lb. Old English cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
  2. Add salt to taste and cook until tender.
  3. Add chopped celery, peppers, and onions to the beef.
  4. Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a large bowl.
  5. Mix lightly to incorporate all ingredients.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish and bake until tender.
  7. Top with grated Old English cheese.
  8. Bake at 350°F until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
