- Grease 8x4-inch loaf pan; set aside.
- Combine raisins and water in bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
