Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 (No. 1) cans pork and beans
  • 1 can drained kidney beans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add chopped onions, catsup, prepared mustard, pork and beans, kidney beans, salt, and vinegar to the beef.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
  4. Bake for 3 minutes at 400°F.
