Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground round steak
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Combine ground round steak with salt, pepper, soy sauce, chopped parsley, chopped dill pickles, grated Cheddar cheese, and chopped onion; blend thoroughly.
  2. Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
  3. Place the patties on a broiler pan about 3 inches from the broiler.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
