Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 egg with 2 tsp. milk
  • 2 c. raspberries
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Place raspberries on top of the mixture in pan.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 1/2 cups sugar together and pour over fruit.
  3. Combine 1/2 cup sugar, margarine and 1/2 cup flour. Sprinkle on top.
  4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
  5. Enjoy.
