Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 c. raw potatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, ground pork, condensed tomato soup, salt, pepper, and flour together in a bowl.
  2. Combine thoroughly until ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Form the meat mixture into golf ball-sized portions.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown the meat balls on all sides in the skillet.
  6. Add diced onions, mushrooms, and raw potatoes to the skillet with the meat balls.
  7. Cook until potatoes are tender and all ingredients are heated through.
