Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 4 1/2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit until foamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until blended.
  3. Add melted butter and salt to the eggs.
  4. Allow the yeast mixture to cool to lukewarm, then add it to the egg mixture.
  5. Gradually beat in flour until a soft dough forms.
  6. Store the dough in a covered container in the refrigerator.
  7. When ready to bake, shape the dough into desired rolls.
  8. Let the shaped rolls rise until doubled in size.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes.
