Reuben Roll

- Combine beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, Russian dressing, salt, beaten egg, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Roll out the beef mixture in jelly roll fashion on a sheet of foil.
- Divide the mixture in half; on one half, layer Swiss cheese and drained sauerkraut.
- Place the other half of beef mixture over the layered cheese and sauerkraut.
- Use the foil to help lift and shape the beef into a roll.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, reducing to 300°F after half the time. Do not overbake.
