Rick'S Favorite Chili
Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground chuck ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons olive oil ⓘ
- 1 whold onion, chopped ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons chili powder ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons oregano ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons cocoa ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes ⓘ
- 2 beef bouillon cubes ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons cayenne ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon cumin ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 6 drops hot pepper sauce ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons vinegar ⓘ
- 2 -3 corn tortillas, chopped in pieces ⓘ
- 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel (mild,med,or hot) ⓘ
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer (I sometimes use water) ⓘ
Instructions
- Heat oil, add onion and cook until soft.
- Add ground beef and brown.
- Add everything else ,except beans.
- Cook on simmer for 30 minute.
- Drain beans and add to chili. Warm up and enjoy.
