Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 lb boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/3 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients, except the roast, together and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Place the roast in a cooking bag along with the liquid mixture.
  3. Cook at 250°F for 4 hours.
