Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 can Cheddar soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 4 cups cooked noodles
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and Italian sausage in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion, oregano, Cheddar soup, tomato soup, and water to the meat; cook until well mixed and heated through.
  3. Place cooked noodles in a 12 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Pour the meat mixture over the noodles.
  5. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Cover the pan and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.
