Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well.
- Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
- Let stand 5 minutes. Add oats mixture, eggs and 3 cups flour, mix well.
- Stir in enough of remaining flour to form soft dough.
- Knead 5 minutes, divide into 2 loaves in 2 well-greased 10-inch pie plates.
- Cover, let rise about 1 hour.
- Sprinkle oats on top after gently brushing with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
