Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. beef round steak
  • 1 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1 (15 oz.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tiny whole onions, drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cheese ravioli in sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix flour, salt, oregano, and pepper.
  3. Coat the beef round steak with the flour mixture and reserve the remaining mixture.
  4. Melt shortening in a skillet over medium heat; stir in the reserved flour mixture.
  5. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour the sauce over the meat, then cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
