Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 5 c. cooked pinto beans
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 can tomatoes (16 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger, onion, bell pepper, and celery until done.
  2. Add tomatoes and dry ingredients; mix well.
  3. Add the cooked pinto beans and simmer approximately 15 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
