Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can salmon
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • water

Instructions

  1. Combine salmon, cooked rice, green onions, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, garlic powder, thyme, red pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Add chopped green bell pepper and chopped celery to the baking dish, along with the tomato sauce.
  4. Drop the salmon balls into the sauce in the baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until cooked through and golden.
