A savory sandwich ring with layers of ham, turkey, cheese, fresh vegetables, and Italian dressing, perfect for gatherings or casual lunches with vibrant flavors and appealing presentation.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. refrigerated French bread dough
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 lb. ham
  • 1/2 lb. turkey
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • creamy Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Form a circle with the French bread dough, seam side down, on a baking stone or cookie sheet.
  2. With a pastry brush, apply melted butter and garlic powder mixture to the top of the dough.
  3. Bake the dough as directed on the package and then cool.
  4. Slice the baked ring into individual portions.
  5. Layer cheese, ham, turkey, lettuce, onion, tomato, and creamy Italian dressing inside the sliced ring.
  6. Replace the top of the ring, then slice and serve.
