Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 c. green peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 oz. dried beef
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except pecans and melted butter in a mixer.
  2. Place the mixture in a 10-inch pie pan.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and drizzle melted butter over the top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Serve warm on party rye.
