Ingredients

  • 2 lb. peeled boiled shrimp
  • 1/4 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced shallots
  • 1/2 c. Creole mustard
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • cayenne to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the shrimp in a bowl to make the marinade.
  2. Pour the marinade over the shrimp and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.
