- Lightly beat eggs and water in a bowl.
- Combine bread crumbs, crushed red pepper, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in another bowl.
- Devein and butterfly the shrimp.

- Repeat the dipping process if desired.
- Refrigerate the coated shrimp for 30 minutes to 1 hour before frying.
