Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. cooked, clean shrimp
  • 1 c. minced green onion
  • 1 c. parsley
  • 2/3 c. salad oil
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix parsley, salad oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  2. Combine cooked, clean shrimp and minced green onion in a bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the shrimp and onion mixture.
  4. Refrigerate in the dressing overnight, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve chilled.
