Tips & Substitutions
For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine to the mushroom soup mixture. You can substitute fresh shrimp with canned shrimp if needed, but be sure to rinse and drain them well. If you want to add some heat, try including diced jalapeños or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes in the stuffing. Using a mix of mushrooms in the soup can enhance the umami profile.

These shrimp-stuffed green peppers make a delightful main dish, especially when paired with a side salad or crusty bread. They also complement a light white wine, enhancing the lemony flavors of the dish. For a complete meal, serve alongside a bowl of Simple And Delicious Chili Cheese Dip for a delicious appetizer.
Storage & Reheating
Store any leftover shrimp-stuffed peppers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the peppers in a baking dish with a splash of water, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F until heated through, about 20-25 minutes. This method helps keep the peppers moist.
