Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 lb golden raisins
  • 2 oz lemon extract
  • 20 oz cherries
  • 1 pt pecans
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Mix butter and sugar, then add flour and eggs alternately to form the batter.
  2. Thoroughly mix in all remaining ingredients, including raisins, cherries, pecans, lemon extract, and crushed pineapple.
  3. Pour the batter into two loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours.
