Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cookies puff and then go flat.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
