Ingredients

  • 2 c. raw sliced potatoes
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. browned ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Place raw sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  2. Add chopped celery, browned ground beef, chopped onions, and diced green peppers in layers.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each layer.
  4. Pour canned tomatoes over the mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
