Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs or crushed crackers or potato chips, crushed
  • 1/2 c. tomato ketchup
  • 1/3 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onions or green onions
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf.
  2. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. When done, top with additional tomato ketchup if desired.
