Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (10 oz.) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) container jalapeno-Cheddar cheese dip
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed tortilla chips and melted margarine; press onto the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
  2. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 15 minutes.
