Ingredients

  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 1 large jar sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked spaghetti, beaten eggs, butter, and grated Parmesan cheese and place in a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook ground beef with chopped onion and diced bell pepper until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce and sliced mushrooms to the meat mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the meat and sauce mixture over the spaghetti layer in the baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
